Milano Mancíní will gladly facilitate an exchange for online store credit only. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the process by filling out the return form included in your order shipment confirmation within 2 days of receiving your shipment. It is important to contact us before sending the item back, as packages sent without prior communication will not be accepted. Items eligible for exchange must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. Milano Mancíní must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization. Please be aware that T-Shirts, Accessories, and Sale Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
